John Pavlik

CEO of Resource One

John started Resource One in 1997. Having more than seven years of experience working in-house for various Portland-based businesses, he decided the time was right to launch a professional, highly responsive, consulting firm that remains to this day a leader in network support.

With more than 30 product certifications, John and his staff at ROI are always up to date on products and services in an ever changing industry. He is active in his local area and knows the importance of a strong, community relationship. John adheres to the principles of creating a true partnership with his clients and makes that the priority that all of ROI strive to achieve.

In his spare time, he volunteers as an Angel Flight Pilot, transporting patients and family members in remote areas to urban medical care. He also enjoys golf, kayaking, biking, boating and hiking. He has three grown children.

Rolph Fargo

CTO of Resource One

Rolph started in the industry in 1985. His first certification was on Windows NT 3.50. Rolph gained many certifications, over the years in the industry, including : MCSE, SonicWALL CSSA, Citrix CCA and HP Master ASE.

Rolph enjoys golfing in his off hours.

Harald Smit

COO of Resource One

Harald has been in the IT industry for over 23 years. The first half of his career was focused on the technical aspects of the business the second half was spent in a consulting manner be it in sales, account management, project management and service management. Harald’s passion is in helping others and problem solving.

When not at the office you may catch Harald exploring the gastro NW with his wife and/or exploring the beautiful waterways & hiking trails of the PNW.

Jim Finicle

Director of Client Services

Jim started in the IT industry in 2007, just before graduating with a Bachelor's degree from ITT Tech. Starting as a support technician, his passion has always been centered on providing service. This has helped him grow into his position as Director of Client Services, where he combines his knowledge of technology with his desire to provide clients with the excellent level of service they deserve.

In his free time, Jim regularly spends time with his daughter, building things, or spending time outdoors where he hikes, backpacks, and camps in a hammock.

Bethany Leslie

Office Manager

Bethany is the linchpin of Resource One's accounting and human resources departments. She relishes the varied responsibilities her position entails, from refining financial analysis to spearheading HR initiatives and organizing company events. Bethany's commitment to continuous improvement drives her to implement meaningful enhancements, big or small, across all aspects of her work. With a profound appreciation for interpersonal connections, Bethany finds purpose in cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Outside of the office, you'll likely find Bethany making a delicious mess in the kitchen or playing strategic board games with her husband.

Shaun DaSilva

Service Manager

Shaun started his journey with Resource One in 2014 as a helpdesk technician and has grown into the role of Service Manager, leveraging his passion for technology and dedication to exceptional client service. He is committed to nurturing his team through knowledge sharing, collaborative learning, and leading by example.

Beyond the office, Shaun treasures spending time with his family, finding joy in shared experiences and creating lasting memories together.
